CLOSING REMARKS AND GRATITUDE

The success of a company is always rooted in a strong team of dedicated employees who are passionate about turning visions and ideas into reality. Across every department, there are people who make a decisive contribution to the company‘s growth and success. On behalf of everyone, here is a selection of particularly deserving individuals: Siglinde Göpfert, my wife, has been an invaluable support from the very beginning. She has always shown tireless dedication and never hesitated to take on any task. Without her support and unwavering belief in the company, many decisions and developments would not have been possible. Hilmar Müller, Design Engineer: In 1973, by chance, Karl F. Göpfert met a talented design engineer named Hilmar Müller, who was looking for work. It quickly became clear that Hilmar Müller and Karl F. Göpfert were a perfect match, both personally and professionally. Hilmar Müller turned Karl F. Göpfert’s ideas and sketches into precise technical drawings. Their close collaboration continued until Hilmar Müller’s well-deserved retirement. Udo Rügamer, Plant Manager: Udo Rügamer joined our company in 1982 as a young mechanical engineering master. Thanks to his expertise, tireless work ethic and ambition, he quickly became an outstanding leader. His passion for organization, quality, order, and cleanliness continues to shape us to this day and is a hallmark of our company. Ralf Schiffmann, Managing Director with a focus on sales: Ralf Schiffmann began his journey with us in 1988, applying for a practical semester as a prospective mechanical engineer. In 1989, he became an integral part of the team, initially working in engineering and later transitioning to sales. His friendly, honest nature, tireless diligence and passion for his work have made him the embodiment of ‘Mr. Göpfert’. Ralf Schiffmann has been part of the management team since 2010 and is primarily responsible for sales. Together with Karl F. Göpfert, he forms the ‘dream team’ of the corrugated board industry. Finally, I would like to thank my wife and my children, Esther and André. The strong bond within our family has been the foundation of the company’s success. I would also like to express my gratitude to all our employees, partners and customers whose dedication, passion and trust have contributed to Göpfert‘s achievements.
