That’s why we train a large part of our skilled workforce ourselves. On average, 30 young people are trained each year in Wiesentheid in the fields of design, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and administration.

Team building, outdoor training and more – with its “Azubi-Power-Schmiede” (apprentice power forge), Göpfert promotes and supports its apprentices in addition to their in-company and school-based training. What makes training at Göpfert special:

Göpfert places great importance on investing in future technologies and is therefore a founding member of the new THWS Technology Transfer Center in Kitzingen. The center aims to enable regional companies to benefit from THWS’s expertise in AI and robotics. The know-how in the fields of robotics, artificial intelligence, and digitalization will be shared with local businesses through the TTZ (Technology Transfer Center).
