IMPRESSION
This flexo printing machine with a modular design can be operated both offline and inline, e.g. with a flatbed die cutter. The system was designed for the production of sheets with high-quality multi-color flexo printing. Thanks to its technical sophistication, it achieves maximum register accuracy, while optional features such as chamber doctor blades and laser-engraved anilox rolls ensure the highest print quality.
PreFeeder 2,8 m und 3,6–5,5 m
The PreFeeder series with working widths ranging from 2.0 to 6.5 meters was a further step towards becoming a full range supplier for converting corrugated board from stack to stack.
Boxmaker SRE Maxi
The Göpfert SRE Maxi is the ideal machine for processing large-format sheets in small and medium-sized series. Without special tools, the system enables the production of various products from the FEFCO catalogue and beyond. All necessary steps are carried out in a single sheet pass, from the unprocessed stock sheet to the ready to seal box. ‘The Boxmaker’ will be supplemented in 2025 by a version that adjusts all tools fully automatically.
Ovation
The Ovation is a high-board flexo post printer with fixed units. It is used for high-quality multi-color flexo printing and is characterized by its high register accuracy. Features such as chamber doctor blades and laser-engraved anilox rolls guarantee the highest print quality. Thanks to its design, it can be set up while running. The Ovation can be installed both offline with a sheet stacker and inline, e.g. with a flatbed die cutter.
Jumbo (20/55 und 20/65)
The year 1982 marked the beginning of a successful era for Jumbo rotary slotting and die-cutting machines. Jumbo machines are referred to when it comes to sheet sizes ranging from 1,600 x 4,500 to 2,500 x 6,500 mm. Göpfert has become the market leader and today countless Jumbo Slotter or Jumbo Containerlines worldwide process large and extra-large packaging every day.
FD Corrugator
Printing units for corrugators. Göpfert‘s high level of printing expertise led to enquiries for flexo printing units for continuous printing in a corrugator. Göpfert then developed this successful unit for corrugators of all makes.
RDC HBL
This high-board line rotary die cutter with fixed units was designed for rotary die-cut packaging with multi-color flexo printing. It impresses with its servo direct drive technology and vacuum sheet transport, achieving maximum register accuracy and print quality. The machine can be set up during production. Fully automatic register control, anilox roll changes and automatic print control are also possible. The robust double die cut unit is unique and allows even die cutting tools to be set up during production.
RDC Evolution
Revolutionary since 1998: The Göpfert Rotary Die Cutter Evolution. This Göpfert machine has fundamentally influenced the processing of corrugated board like no machine before it, and has gone on to set new standards again and again. Wherever this machine runs, packaging with brilliant multicolored print is the result. The Göpfert Rotary Die Cutter Evolution is available also in the convenient High Board Line version.
G-Cut
The flatbed die-cutter enables a complete production line from stack to stack from one single source, leading to greater efficiency. The die-cutting gap is reproducibly adjusted using servo technology. Another noteworthy feature is the automatic clamping of the die-cutting tool and the counter plate. An intuitive user interface based on cutting-edge technology sets new standards.
BGM Caseline und Containerline
With the rotary part from Göpfert and the folding section with sealing part from Bahmüller in Plüderhausen, inline machines are created for outstanding multi-color printing and impressive results. Their names: Caseline and Containerline. They can process format widths from 2,500 mm to 5,500 mm and are characterized by maximum slitting and die cutting accuracy as well as precise folding.
